When will my order ship?
We do our best to process, make & package all orders and get them set out within 5-10 BUSINESS days, please remember the business days. This does not include shipping time which can be between 2-6 days for those in the US. We do have a checkbox at checkout stating our current turnaround time that you must click before buying so you are aware. The turnaround time on that checkbox may be different than our 5-10 business days if we are being overwhelmed with orders or are out of the office. Please keep in mind we are a 2 mama show and make most items made to order, we do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible.
Where do you ship from?
I’m the owner, Kelsey, & I ship from Temecula, California. My coworker, Brittany, ships from Phoenix, Arizona. We split up orders depending who can make what, so they will be coming from one of those 2 places.
How much is shipping?
Shipping & taxes will be calculated at checkout. Shipping charges are based off of where you are located and the weight of your order. We do offer free shipping within the US on all orders over $50 (the order has to be over $50 before coupon codes are entered in order to receive the free shipping)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally. Shipping charges are based on the US post office as well as your countries shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any additional shipping charges that may possibly occur during the shipping process to your destination.
Did my order go through, I didn’t receive a confirmation email?
If you did not receive a confirmation email with your order number then you may have typed in your email incorrectly or your order did not process. Please email us at email@example.com asap to confirm your order has been received.
How do I know what size to get?
We do our best to provide sizing information on each products description. Based on the average head size & age we have determined what hat size should fit you or your little one. This is not always the case and I always suggest measuring ones head with a soft tape measure or piece of string to get the accurate sizing.
What happens if I ordered the wrong size?
Always double check before ordering & measure ones head to get a more accurate sizing or check the shirt sizing guide in the product photos. We will not be accepting exchanges on straw hat as shipping costs us quite a bit, that is why we ask you to measure before ordering or reach out to us with any questions.
Can I get a refund on my order?
If you find that you aren’t happy with your order, please email us within 5 days of receiving your shipment.
Do you accept exchanges?
If you are wanting to exchange an item please email us within 5 days of receiving your shipment to exchange for an item or equal value. We do NOT accept exchanges for straw hats.
Do you do pre-orders?
Yes! But mainly on straw hats at the moment, an item will say [PRE-ORDER SHIPPING (DATE)] for all preorder options.
What if I have no pre-order items with a pre-order item in my cart?
Because of our shipping cost, all items in your cart with preorder items will wait to ship once the pre-order is available. If you are wanting something quicker we suggest placing separate orders so you aren't having to wait.

Do you offer sponsorships?
We do not offer sponsorships at this time but we do have an awesome brand rep program you can apply for on our website.
Do you offer wholesale?
We do offer wholesale for boutiques with a minimum purchase. You can visit our “wholesale” part of the website to apply and for more information.
