WHAT HAPPENS IF I DIDN'T PURCHASE SHIPPING PROTECTION?
If you declined hipping protection at checkout and your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, we may not be able to replace or refund your purchase.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY CLAIM BE RESOLVED?
We processes most claims within 2-4 business days. Once approved, you'll receive either a replacement order or a refund based on your claim.
